Todd Jackson is an experienced mediator whose areas of focus include complex class and collective actions in both the employment and employee benefits areas, as well as individual cases across the employment law spectrum, including discrimination/retaliation/harassment cases, compensation disputes and ERISA benefits claims.
Todd is recognized as a national leader in class actions, ERISA law, and wage and hour practice and Co-Chaired the ABA's Employee Benefits Committee. He has taught Employment Law and ERISA law at Berkeley Law at the University of California at Berkeley. He also serves as a mediator on the ADR Program for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He is an editor and author on multiple publications, including BNA's Employee Benefits Law and The Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as authoring a chapter on wage and hour mediation in CEB's California Wage and Hour Law: Law and Litigation Practice Guide.
Todd Jackson does his litigation work as a partner at Feinberg, Jackson, Worthman and Wasow. He graduated from Berkeley Law after receiving his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University. After law school, he served as a federal law clerk. Before law school, he taught high school and worked on a federal education grant.
