As part of his exhaustive preparation for each mediation, he conducts pre-mediation sessions to gain a deeper understanding of the parties' goals and the risks of litigation. On the day of the mediation, he works for as long as it takes and offers creative solutions to avoid stalls. After mediation, he is available to assist on settlement details or to close a deal.
